You can request deletion of your SocialMagic account data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- Email hello@socialmagicapp.com with subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used in your SocialMagic account and your preferred contact method.
- If your request relates to a connected social account, include the platform name (for example, Facebook or Instagram).
Identity Verification
To protect user accounts, we may request reasonable verification before processing deletion requests.
What We Delete
- Account profile information managed by SocialMagic.
- Stored prompts and generated-content history retained in our systems.
- Connected account tokens and integration metadata.
- Push token registrations associated with your account.
What May Be Retained
- Transactional records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Minimal technical logs needed for security and audit purposes, retained only as required.
- Data controlled by third-party services after content has been published to those platforms.
Processing Time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal and operational requirements.
